Shipping

Shipping rates are estimates and may be different from the final invoice. At time of shipping your company's UPS/FedEx account will be used if already supplied. Otherwise your order will be shipped via UPS, at your selected speed, prepaid and added to the Invoice.

Receipt of your order is an acknowledgment of our Terms & Conditions: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks after receipt of purchase. Reference numbers are subject to change. No returns after 30 days. There is a 15% restocking fee for all approved returns (rules and restrictions apply). All returns must include all original accessories and packaging. An additional fee will be charged for any missing accessories or damaged packaging. Disposable items are not returnable unless defective. 1 year warranty on equipment, 6 months on motors against manufacturer’s defects. Service contracts available. No cash refunds. Credits must be used within 1 year. Returns without authorization WILL NOT be accepted. Handling charges also apply. Shipping charges are Pre-pay and added to invoice.
